- 6.30pm to 8.00pm Monday to Friday
- 09.00am to 5.00pm Saturday

- 1 hour per 1000 patients

- GMS (GP/Nurse/HCA/Multi Professional)
- Provide a mixture of in person face to face and remote (telephone, video or online) appointments
Access to Appointments
- To all PCN patients
- Locally provided
- Bookable 2 weeks in advance
- Make unused on the day appointments available to NHS 111
