Clinical Pharmacist
Clinical Pharmacist (CP)
CPs work as part of the multidisciplinary team in a patient-facing role to clinically assess and treat patients using their expert knowledge of medicines for specific disease areas. Clinical Pharmacists can be prescribers or undertake training to become one.
We have one Clinical Pharmacist within Medway Peninsula PCN.
